Carter's Honey Creek Farm is an 80-acre family farm in Southern Howard County. Our grandfather, Robert Carter, bought the farm in the post-world-war-II era. The dirt was poor quality, crops were bad, and the land was cheap. Robert used rotational grazing to replenish the organic material in the soil and today we have a beautiful and productive farm where we raise grass-fed beef, heritage pork, and pastured chicken.
Enjoy these great, tender steaks this grilling season.
Check out the sale on some of my pasture raised beef.
I need to make room in my freezer for fresh beef coming in two weeks.
Labor Day may be past, but we still have great weather for grilling and boneless ribeyes are great hot off the grill.
After a week's vacation, I am back in the market.
HEADS UP!! Honeycreekfarm will be out of the market for the Aug. 30 delivery. We will be back for Sept. 6 delivery. #vacationtime
Tired of fixing the same things for dinner? Mix it up a bit by adding Pork Shoulder Roast to the menu.
Having a cookout this weekend? Check out my selection of beef and pork. Even ham steaks are great on the grill.
I had some more beef processed and need to make room in my freezers for it.
The cattle are glad for good hay in weather like this!
