About

Sycamore Run Farm is a family farm nestled in the hills of Monroe County. We raise 100% grass fed beef and lamb with a regenerative agriculture system that builds soil and pasture fertility through intensively managed grazing. Moving the animals to new pastures daily eliminates the need for grain supplements and ensues the highest degree of animal health and performance. We never use hormones or antibiotics, instead treating any animal health issues with alternative treatments. Our grazing management and choice of livestock breeds that are exceptionally efficient at converting grass to protein means that we don't have to play with words to use the term grass fed. Our animals are born, raised and finished on grass with no grain supplementation. Ever. Our dedication to these practices assures that all the health benefits of grass fed meat are passed on to our customers.
