Our friends at are on a mission, asking the simple question:  What if every person ate one local food SEVEN days a week?

It's not as hard as you might think, and to prove it, we've created a collection of seven snackable or minimal-prep foods you can keep on hand and eat every day of the week.  As you do, stop to think about where your food comes from.
