Q: Once your product arrives, how soon should it be cooked if its refrigerated? Thanks!
A: If you place the ground beef in a freezer upon arrival, it should last for up to 6-12 months before it begins to loose flavor. If it is placed in a refrigerator, food safety states that it should be used within 1-2 days.

A: No they are not. Our beef and Pork are processed in State inspected butchering facilities. We process our chickens here on our farm and follow the State Health Department guidelines. The meat would not be exposed to any kind of nuts.

A: All of our beef is 100% grass fed without hormones. We do not feed our cows any grains, only grass from start to finish. We use no herbicides, pesticides or any other chemicals in our fields. We practice a sustainable / natural model that heals the land, thickens the forage, reduces weeds, stimulates earthworms, reduces pathogens, and increases qualities in the meat.
