Q: I didn’t see any directions on this . After I take it out of the freezer and leave it out to defrost do I need to put it in a warm place for dough to rise? And how long do you cook it?

A: Sorry if your dough ball didn't have directions. It should be on the back label. Directions: Thaw overnight or until soft to the touch. Cut dough ball in half, oil baking sheet and hands to press out flat. Place your favorite toppings. Bake at 400 F about 15 minutes (depending on your oven) until lightly golden.

Q: I know you need some sugar to feed the yeast, but PLEASE let me know if you ever make some with honey, beet sugar, or carrot juice instead (since they are easier to tolerate for those of us with food sensitivities).
