Our homemade béchamel is a creamy white sauce that has a variety of uses in the kitchen. Sauté with pasta (add cheese for creamy mac & cheese), layer into lasagna, use as a base in soup, chowder or chicken pie! Heats up best on the stove, add a little milk if needed.
