I love going to Canada- I have a whole list of things I like about our exotic northern neighbor but we will focus on just one thing- POUTINE! We slow cooked the beef in a red wine sauce, thickened it with almond flour, served it over roasted cauliflower and kept my favorite part- the cheese curds!
