Mississippi Pot Roast with Cauliflower Rice (Keto, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Soy Free, Low Carb)

Sometimes things are mysterious. Also delicious. I had been told about this mysteriously named pot roast by both my nephew and a friend (who did live in Mississippi) I just couldn't wrap my head around it- but the individual components were all good so I gave it a try. I am sure glad I did! It is so tasty- the intriguing combination of our hand made ranch seasoning, tangy pepperoncini peppers, butter, beef bone broth and of course- beef! This is one of my favorite meals. I serve this over cauliflower rice. Chef's Suggestion: I believe in low carb decadence, so I like to top this with some white cheddar and jalapenos (if Im feeling extra sassy) 10 OUNCES INGREDIENTS: CHUCK ROAST, PEPPERONCINI (pepperoncini, water, vinegar, salt ,citric acid) BEEF BONE BROTH (beef, water, beef bones, onions, carrots, celery, parsley, cider vinegar, salt, thyme, rosemary) BUTTER (sweet cream) BUTTERMILK POWDER, ALMOND FLOUR,GARLIC, ONION, SALT AND SPICES. CAULIFLOWER RICE: CAULIFLOWER ALLERGENS: DAIRY TREE NUT 843 calories, 500mg sodium, 12 total carbs, 3g fiber, 9g net carbs, 64g fat, 56g protein USA / indiana / bartholomew County
